Louella Frost
Executive Coach | Associate Certified Coach (ICF) | Occupational Therapist
Louella Frost is an executive coach specialising in health leadership. As a credentialled professional coach (Associate Certified Coach – International Coaching Federation) and registered Occupational Therapist, she brings a distinctive lens to leadership development: one grounded in understanding how people engage meaningfully and sustainably in the demanding, complex occupation of leading in health.
Louella's coaching supports health professionals to perform at their best — not just technically, but as leaders who are confident, values-driven, and able to sustain their effectiveness over the long term. Her work commonly focuses on developing leadership performance, building executive presence, strengthening relational and communication skills, navigating role transitions, and preventing the burnout that disproportionately affects health leaders. The occupational perspective she brings means she is attentive to the whole person — not just the leader in the role, but the professional managing demands across every domain of their working life.
In addition to individual coaching, Louella designs and delivers bespoke group coaching and leadership development programs for health and social care organisations — supporting teams to cultivate coaching cultures, build collective capability, and thrive in complex environments.
Louella is an accredited practitioner of the Health LEADS and Health TEAMS leadership and team diagnostic and development tools, aligned with the NHQHS Standards. She has extensive experience working directly with health leaders across a range of settings, including government health services and not-for-profit providers and over a range of career stages.

Kathryn Martens
Leadership consultant & Coach
Kathryn Martens brings a rare blend of clinical grounding and executive leadership experience to her coaching work with leaders across the health sector. She began her career as a speech pathologist, before moving into clinical education — training and supervising speech pathology students at the University of Sydney. She later managed the Speech and Hearing Clinic at Macquarie University, including responsibility for the clinic's financial and policy management.
Kathryn holds a Master of Education (Adult Education), alongside qualifications in coaching, professional supervision and governance. She also brings governance experience, having served on boards and chaired committees overseeing professional standards and ethics. Her career has spanned leadership roles across a range of contexts, including aged care and insurance, often leading teams focused on learning and organisational development within these contexts — building the systems, capability and culture that let professionals and leaders do their best work under real-world pressure.
Today, as founder of Release Leadership, Kathryn works as an executive coach, consultant and professional supervisor, with a particular specialty in neurodivergent leaders and neuro-inclusive workplace design. She draws on her own clinical background and more than two decades of leadership development experience to help leaders — including those navigating the particular demands of health and clinical environments — lead well, sustainably, and without losing themselves in the process.
